Triza teaches dynamic Hatha Yoga and the more intense Vinyasa Yoga.  She has high respect to the teachings of Yoga Gurus such as B.K.S. Iyengar,  Sri Pattabhis Jois, Swami Sivananda.

Triza emphasises good rhythm, proper yogic breathing synchronised with graceful and lightness of movement either slow pace or fast pace, good form and alignment, and great energy in yoga practice focusing on one’s right intention for practice.
